Pier 48 Shed A is located in one of the most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods in the Bay Area with a variety of convenient ways to get here. We encourage attendees to plan trips in advance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable arrival.

Public Transportation

The best way to get to and from Pier 48 Shed A.

  • Muni’s N Judah stops at 2nd & King Station, adjacent to Oracle Park (a 5-minute walk to Pier 48) and the T Third/Central Subway line stops at Mission Rock Station, one block from Pier 48. Use Muni’s Trip Planner to plan ahead.
  • Caltrain stops within steps of Pier 48, providing convenient access. Caltrain departs the San Francisco Station every 30 minutes during evenings. Check Caltrain’s website for current schedule information.
    • The last train leaves San Francisco Station at 12:05 a.m.
  • BART is a short walk or Muni ride away from Pier 48.
    • Easily connect to the Muni’s T Third/Central Subway at Powell Street Station and get off at Mission Rock Station, which is one block from Pier 48. Check BART’s trip planner for exact departure times.
    • Final trains depart Embarcadero Station shortly after 12:30 a.m.

Biking

Safe and convenient with a Bike Valet service as well as public bike racks and bikeshare docking stations right nearby.

  • Bike Valet provides free, guarded bike parking for attendees. Staff check bikes in and out and watch bikes throughout the show. Opens when doors open and closes 30 min after shows end. Located on the Knuckle Wharf, off the Bay Trail just north of Pier 48 Shed A.
  • Public bicycle racks provide room for nearly 200 bicycles and are located throughout the Mission Rock neighborhood and China Basin Park, including spaces immediately adjacent to Pier 48.
  • For those who don’t have a bike of their own, the Bay Area’s public bikeshare network, Bay Wheels, has docking stations conveniently located in China Basin Park, steps from Pier 48, for easy pick up and drop off.

  • Parking
    • Reservations are required to park in Oracle Park lots, including for those with valid ADA placards.
  • Reserve parking in advance through SpotHero.
  • Please be aware of third parties selling unauthorized parking passes.
    • Resale parking passes will not be honored in Oracle Park controlled facilities.
  • Oversized vehicles (ex. buses, camper vans) are not permitted to park in Lot A. Camping and overnight parking are strictly prohibited.

  • What is your age policy?

    This venue is 21+. You must be 21 on the day(s) you plan to attend.

  • What does the venue accept as a “Valid ID”?

    A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. Expired ID will not be accepted for entry. Mobile Driver’s license will NOT be accepted at this time. No one under the age of 21 will be allowed entry into the event even if accompanied by an individual 21 years of age or older. COPIES OR PICTURES OF ID WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

  • How do I access my tickets?

    Our tickets are delivered via the Goldenvoice or AXS App. Please be sure to download the Goldenvoice or AXS App using the email address associated with your purchase. Still can’t find your tickets? Please reach out to your point of purchase.

  • What is your bag policy?

    Goldenvoice advises patrons not to bring any bags to its festival, as all bags, backpacks, and other carriers are prohibited from entering its events with the following exceptions (in each case, after passing inspection):

    • Small clutch bags that do not exceed 4.5” x 6.5”, with or without a handle or strap, may be brought into the event space.
    • Hydration packs that are:
      • Empty upon entry
      • 2L or less
      • 2 main compartments or fewer
    • Medically necessary items or equipment that do not fit within the bag policy requirements after proper inspection.
  • I am disabled, or have an injury - do I need to purchase Accessible Seating?

  • I am no longer able to attend, can I get a refund?

    Sorry, we do not offer refunds. You can resell your tickets using our AXS mobile app.

  • Are credit cards accepted? What about cash?

    Shed A at Pier 48 is a primarily cashless venue. Have cash? No problem – cash can be exchanged on-site for a prepaid Visa card (no fees, full value) and used anywhere in the venue.

  • Will there be coat check available?

    There will not be coat check available, but lockers are available for purchase here.

  • Will there be free water refill stations?

    Yes, please check back closer to the events for more information.

  • Will there be food available?

    Yes, there will be a variety of food trucks. Please check back closer to the events for more information.

  • How do I get directions to the event?

  • Do you have lost & found?

    For information about lost and found items, please email info@clubdarc.com. If you lose an item while still at the event, please ask a Guest Services team member to connect you with a manager for assistance locating your item.

  • Is there parking available?

    Limited parking is available, subject to availability, at Lot A adjacent to Pier 48 in Mission Rock. Address: 74 Mission Rock St, San Francisco, CA 94158. All parking must be reserved and purchased in advance through SpotHero.

  • Are cameras allowed in?

    NO cameras/video cameras of any kind are allowed in Club Darc. We will provide a sticker at entry to cover your phone cameras so everyone can stay in the moment.

  • Can I bring my prescription medication (inhalers, insulin, etc.)?

    Yes. Before entering the event, please make sure all medications are properly labeled. Names on prescriptions must match you government-issued ID. Notify a security guard at the entrance and the medical stand onsite will assist with medication verification and/or storage of medications.

  • Can I bring Nalaxone with me?

    Yes, Nalaxone is permitted for personal use. For resources on overdose prevention in San Francisco, click HERE.
